We couldn't be happier with the value we received for our money at this charming riad. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the romantic ambiance. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the main square, yet still peaceful and calming. The staff treated us like royalty, always welcoming us with a smile and going above and beyond to make our stay special.
One small improvement that could be made is to offer a wider variety of breakfast choices.

Beautiful interior, nice, fresh and tidy bathroom. Good dinner for a good price. Good location in old city.
Very noisy, a rooster woke us up 6 o'clock in the morning every day. The staff were loud and made a lot of noice while cooking all day and it was quite disturbing when you were trying to relax. It was never quiet. We ordered breakfast the day we left but never got served. We travel several times a year and been all over the world. Can't recomend tourist staying in the old city, its an unfriendly area where you have to fight of annoying sellers and fake guides, we got much better experience från the new city outside the walls.

I recently stayed at a beautiful riad in Marrakesh and I had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just off a busy street but once inside, it was calm and peaceful. The staff were friendly, professional, and always made me feel welcome. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool was clean and refreshing. The hotel also had a lovely dining area where I had delicious meals. my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I highly recommend it.
This venue is about a 10-minute walk from the main square, which can feel like a bit of a trek after a long day of shopping in the bustling souks. However, the hotel's tranquil atmosphere makes up for the distance.

During my recent business trip to Marrakesh, my director chose to book us at Riad El Noujoum, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The riad offers a range of recreational amenities, including an indoor pool, which was a fantastic way to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings. Additionally, I had the opportunity to indulge in a pampering treatment at the riad's full-service spa, which was truly rejuvenating. The spa staff were skilled and attentive, ensuring that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The aircon in our room didn't work, but in all fairness, I didn't get round to mentioning it.

Great facilities and amazing service! The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating during my stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and consistent throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected where ever I was within the building. the location was ideal as it was close to key business locations, but also allowed for some peace and quiet. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic bonus, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.
The breakfast options were limited and could have had more variety. the lack of signage within the building made it difficult to navigate and find certain facilities.

The airport transfer was excellent, and we were welcomed with a cold drink upon arrival. the attention to detail in the renovated building was amazing, and the courtyard was very peaceful. the location was great, only a short walk to the main square and surrounded by plenty of local artisans.
The noise level was high in the early morning, with sounds of staff in the kitchen and birds chirping loudly. the jacuzzi on the terrace was not yet finished, which was disappointing.

The hotel is tucked away from the busy street and is close to the action but away from the noise. the room and bathroom are immaculately clean and well furnished. the staff is friendly and welcoming, offering drinks upon arrival. Breakfast is served quickly and deliciously with pancakes and cake. the pool is very pleasant, and the hot tub on the roof is perfect for sunbathing.
Some guests may have had trouble with payment methods, but these issues are easily resolved with communication beforehand.
